Q Do you offer outside storage?
A Yes – at our Hwy. 65 location
Q Do you offer any discounts?
A Yes – if you pay in full for 12 months, the 13th month is free.
Q What about insurance for the property I have stored?
A We provide no coverage for the stored contents of your rented unit or outside storage space. Check with your insurance agent to see if your homeowner coverage will extend to cover your stored
property.
Q What can NOT be stored?
A No hazardous, combustible, toxic or illegal items. No food or perishable items. If not sure, please

Q Do you pro-rate rent?
A Yes – first month’s rent is pro-rated. After that rent is due on the 1st day of each month. A $10
late fee is assessed if rent is not paid by the 5th of the month.
Q Is there a system as to how items should be stored?
A Yes – place more valuable items to the back of the unit. Place larger furniture pieces to the front. Wrap glass and any other breakable items in bubble wrap, paper or quilts. Stand large pieces
of furniture on end. Use pads or blankets to prevent scratching of furniture. Store heavier items on bottom and lighter items on the top. Label boxes on 3 sides so you can see what is in them. Make a
written inventory of what you have stored in the unit.
Q What are hours of access?
A 24 – 7
Q Do you sell locks on site?
A Yes
Q Can I store a vehicle?
A Yes – but it must be drivable, and we need a copy of the vehicle registration or title. Remember to have your own insurance as we provide no coverage.
Q Do I have to rent for a required length of time?
A No – rentals are month to month.
Q Do you provide pest control?
A Yes.
Q Do you sell packing / moving materials?
A Yes – be sure to order early.
